Weems, Et. A1., which has been recorded <br />under Harris County Clerk's file No. K598295, and the City's OWner Title Policy <br />in the amount of the purchase price, $5,750.00, subject only to the matters shown <br />thereon. <br /> <br />The original Deed and Title policy should be put in the City's permanent Real <br />Estate Records. <br /> <br />The following additional steps should be taken by tile City: <br /> <br />1) The City was credited with tax proration to the date of the Deed, <br />June 11, 1986, at closing.
