<br />of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, have GRANTED, SOLD and

<br />CONVEYED, and by these presents do GRANT, SELL and CONVEY unto the

<br />said Grantee, the following described property, to-wit:

<br />in Harris County, Texas, according to the map thereof
<br />recorded in Volume 58; Page 460, of the Deed Records
<br />of Harris County, Texas.

<br />Grantor reserves unto itself, its heirs, executors, administrators,

<br />assigns and successors in trust, all of the oil, gas and other minerals
<br />
<br />to be produced and saved from the above described land, without right
<br />
<br />to use the surface for exploration or production of said minerals.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with
<br />
<br />all and singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto in any wise
<br />
<br />belonging unto the said G':i:antee, its successors and assigns forever.

<br />And Grantors, JOHN M. MEYER and wife, SYLVIA M. MEYER, do hereby bind

<br />themselves, their heirs, executors and administrators, to warrant and

<br />forever defend, all and ~lngular the said premises unto the said Gran-

<br />have been prorated and are assumed by Grantee. This conveyance is made

<br />other mineral reservations, easements, and covenants, if any, applicable

<br />to and enforceable against the above described property as reflected

<br />by the records of the County Clerk of the aforesaid county.
