<br />pertinent verbs and pronouns where changed to correspond, and when
<br />
<br />executed by or to a qorporation the words "heirs, executors, and
<br />
<br />administrators II or "heirs and assigns II shall be construed to mean
<br />
<br />"successors and assigns."
