<br />County, Texas, hereinafter called Grantee, whose mailing address is

<br />Post office Box 1115, La Porte, Texas 77571, receipt of which is hereby

<br />acknowledged and confessed, have GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED, and by

<br />these presents do GRANT, SELL and CONVEY unto the said Grantee, the
<br />following described property, to-wit:

<br />All of Lot 13, in Block 1223, in Town of La Porte
<br />in Harris County, Texas, according to map thereof J)
<br />recorded in Volume 60, Page 112, of the Deed Re-
<br />cords of Harris County, Texas.
<br />
<br />Grantors reserve unto itself, its heirs, executors, administrators,

<br />assigns and successors in trust, all of the oil, gas and other minerals
<br />
<br />to be produced and saved from the above described land, without right
<br />
<br />to use the surface for exploration or production of said minerals.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with

<br />all and singular ~ the rights and appurtenances thereto in any wise

<br />belonging unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns forever.

<br />And Grantors, does hereby bind herself, her heirs, executors and admin-

<br />premises unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns, against

<br />every person whomsoever claiming or to claim the same or any part

<br />thereof. Taxes for the current year have been prorated and are assumed
