<br />Being a 10.004 acre (Call 10 acre) tract of land com- ~
<br />prising all of Outlot 404, La Porte Outlots (as record- 1-/
<br />ed in Volume 61, Page 374, harris County Deed Records),
<br />Enoch Brinson Survey, A-5, Harris COunty, Texas, more
<br />fully described on Exhibit A, attached hereto, incor-
<br />porated by reference herein and made a part hereof for
<br />all purposes.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the' above described premises, together with
<br />
<br />all and singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto in any wise
<br />
<br />belonging unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns forever.

<br />And Grantors, NAEGELI PROPERTIES~ INC, does hereby bind itself, its

<br />heirs, executors and administrators, to warrant and forever defend,
<br />
<br />all and singular the said premises unto the said Grantee, its succes-
<br />
<br />sors and assigns, against every person whomsoever claiming or to
<br />
<br />claim the same or any part therof. Taxes for the current year have

<br />been prorated and are assumed by Grantee.

<br />This conveyance is made

<br />subject to all and singular the restrictions, conditions, oil, gas,
<br />
<br />and other mineral reservations, easements, and covenants, if any,
<br />
<br />applicable to and enforceable against the above described property as
<br />
<br />reflected by the records of the County Clerk of the aforesaid county.

<br />When this Deed is executed by more than one person, or when the
<br />
<br />Grantee is more than one person, the instrument shall read as though
