<br />Beipg a 10.004 acre (Call 10 acre) tract of land comprising
<br />all of qutlot 404, La Porte Outlots (as recorded in Volume'61,
<br />, Page 37:4:, Harris County Deed Records), Enoch Brinson Survey, A-5,
<br />'Harri~ COunty, Texas. The 10.004 ac~e (435,775 sq. ft.) tract of
<br />land as surveyed by H. Carlos Smith, Engineers & Surveyors, Inc.,
<br />on August 22, thru .September a9, 1986, is more particularly
<br />described by metes and bounds as follows: .
<br />Beginning at a 3/4 inch iron rod set for the Northeast
<br />oorne~of Willow VlewSubdivislon as recorded in Volume 76, Page
<br />49, H~rris Count.y Map Records; said corner being the Northwest
<br />corner of Outlot 404 and the POINT OF BEGINNING. ,
<br />Thence, North 89 degrees 53 minutes 29 seconds East (Call
<br />East) coincident with the South right-of-way line of North "p.'
<br />St~eet (based on a width of 80.00 feet); a distance of 464.00
<br />feet to the Northeast corner Qf Outlot 404 and from which a 5/6
<br />inch iron rod was found 3~72 feet North and 0.03 feet West; a 6/8
<br />inch iron rod was found 3.'59 feet North; and a 5/8 inoh ix-on rod
<br />was found 0.46 feet North and 0.21 feet East~
<br />Thence, South.O degrees 04 minutes 50 seconds East (Call
<br />South); coincident with the West boundary line of Outlot 403; a
<br />distance of 900.22 feet (Call 900 feet) to the Southeast corner
<br />of Outlot 404 and from which a 1/2 inch iron. rod inside a 3/4
<br />inch iron pipe was found North 0 degrees 04 minutes 50 'seconds
<br />West a distance of 3.67 feet.
<br />Thence, South 89 degrees 54 minutes 06 seconds West (Call
<br />West); coincident with the North boundary line of Outlot 417; a
<br />distance of 484.20 feet (C~ll 484 feet) to the Southwest ,corner
<br />of Outlot 404 and the Southeast corner of Willow View Subdivision
<br />and from which a 1/2 iQoh iron rod was found bent and
<br />straightened 0.35 feet East.
<br />Thence, North 0 degrees 04 minutes 04 seconds West (Call
<br />North); coincident with the East boundary line of Willow View
<br />Subdivision; passing at 199.93 feet a 3/8 inch iron rod found
<br />14.78 feet West; passing at 399.93 feet a 3/B inch iron rod found
<br />14.50 f~et West; passing at 600.14 feet a 5/8 inch iron rod found
<br />8.73 feet West; passing at 700.07 feet a 6/6 inch iron rod found
<br />8.72 feet West; for a total distance of 900.13 feet to the POINT
<br />OF BEGINNING.
