Boyle, Trustee to the City of La Porte, on the above described property, and also on Lots 23 through 31, same block. Lots 23 through 31 closed at that time. There was a title objection on Lots 2 and 3, which has now been concluded with the obtaining and recording of a Quitclaim Deed from First City National Bank of Austin, Trustee of the Mabel C. Saunders Estate Trust. A xerox copy of that recorded Quitclaim Deed is enclosed herewith. Please open title for a sale from the City of La Porte of Lots l' through 6, Block 87, Town of La Porte, for a price of $7,800.00, or $1,300.00 per lot. .~- The Seller will pay all taxes, and pro-rate 1988 taxes.
