Bone,' Jr. and wife, Ada Beth Bone, to the <br />City of La Porte, dated September 22, 1989, which has been recorded <br />under Harris County Clerk's file No. M335260, and the City of La <br />Porte's Owner's Title Policy in the amount of the purchase price, <br />$12;000.00, from Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, Policy <br />Number 124-l26780. The title policy is subject to the matters shown <br />thereon. <br /> <br />Also, for your files, I enclose a copy of the closing statement, and <br />a copy of the various deed ~estrictions which have been recorded on <br />this tract of land. <br /> <br />Please have the City's Tax Department obtain prorated tax statements <br />for 1989, from each taxing agency, showing the amount of taxes from <br />January 1,'1989, through September 22, 1989, and pay these taxes. <br />Also, have the City's Tax Department notify Harris County Appraisal <br />District of this purchase, furnish them with a copy of the Deed, and <br />have the property placed on the 1990 tax rolls as exempt from <br />taxation. <br /> <br />If I can be of any further service, please advise. <br /> <br /> <br />KWA:sw <br />Enclosures <br />cc: Mr. Jeff Litchfield, Director of Finance <br />Mr. Robert T.
