However, I have in my files a title <br />commitment from American Title Company, Deer Park, Texas, dated <br />January 3, 2002, showing good record title to this tract on that <br />date, in the name of the grantor, La Porte Investments, Inc. <br /> <br />I assume you will want to furnish a copy of this deed to Harris <br />County Right-of-Way Department.
