Collier, and his two <br /> <br />children, Barbara Ann Collier Vance and William Johnson Collier, <br /> <br />IV; the said William Johnson Collier, III was not survived by any <br />descendants of a deceased child or children; <br /> <br />The said William Johnson Collier, III did not leave a will at <br /> <br />the time of his death, and no administration has been taken out on <br /> <br />his estate and none is contemplated, there being no necessity <br />therefor; the expenses of the last illness and funeral expenses of <br />William Johnson Collier, III have been paid; there are no debts or <br />unpaid bills owing by the estate of the said william Johnson <br />Collier, III; the estate of the said William Johnson Collier, III <br /> <br />is not subject to federal estate tax or Texas inheritance tax. <br />
