Collier; there were two children born to this marriage, Barbara Ann Collier Vance and William Johnson Collier, IV; there were no children adopted of this marriage, which ended in the death of William Johnson Collier, III. At the time of his death, the said William Johnson Collier, III was survived by his wife, Karen W. Collier, and his two children, Barbara Ann Collier Vance and William Johnson Collier, IV; the said William Johnson Collier, III was not survived by any descendants of a deceased child or children; The said William Johnson Collier, III did not leave a will at the time of his death, and no administration has been taken out on his estate and none is contemplated, there being no necessity therefor; the expenses of the last illness and funeral expenses of William Johnson Collier, III have been paid; there are no debts or unpaid bills owing by the estate of the said william Johnson Collier, III; the estate of the said William Johnson Collier, III is not subject to federal estate tax or Texas inheritance tax.
