Collier, known to me to be a credible person, <br /> <br />who, having been by me first duly sworn, upon oath deposed and said ~\ <br /> <br />that: <br /> <br />fw <br /> <br />Janice Moore Collier is dead; she died on June 3, 1996, at <br /> <br />Houston, Harris County, Texas; <br /> <br />The said Janice Moore Collier was married once during her <br /> <br />lifetime to William Johnson Collier, Jr.; there was one child born <br /> <br />to this marriage, to-wit: william Johnson Collier III; there were <br />no children adopted of this marriage; this marriage ended in the <br />death of William Johnson Collier, Jr., in approximately 1944; <br />At the time of her death, the said Janice Moore Collier was <br /> <br />( cL-> <br /> <br />survived by her son, William Johnson Collier, III; the said Janice <br /> <br />Moore Collier was not survived by any descendants of a deceased <br /> <br />child or children; <br /> <br />The said Janice Moore Collier left a will at the time of her <br /> <br />death, dated September 30, 1964, in which will her son, William <br /> <br />Johnson Collier, III was the sole beneficiary, which will was not <br /> <br />offered for probate; no administration has been taken out on her <br /> <br />estate and none is contemplated, there being no necessity therefor; <br /> <br />the expenses of the last illness and funeral expenses of Janice <br /> <br />Moore Collier have been paid; there are no debts or unpaid bills <br />owing by the estate of the said Janice Moore Collier; the estate of <br /> <br />the said Janice Moore Collier is not subject to federal estate tax <br /> <br />or Texas inheritance tax. <br /> <br />At the time of her death, the said Janice Moore Collier owned <br /> <br />as her separate property the following described property, to-wit: <br />
