<br />Article 7343, provides that Incorporated Cities and Towns may col-
<br />lect delinquent taxes under the provisions governing the collections
<br />of delinquent State and Countl' taxes.
<br />Article 7324 R. S. of 1925 provides that unless the owner or owners
<br />of such lands or lots described herein shall pay to the Tax Collector
<br />the amount of Taxes, Interest, Penalty and Costs -as set forth in this
<br />notice within 30 days from the date of said notice, then and in that
<br />event, the Attorney will institute suit for collection of such moneys
<br />and for the foreclosures of the Constitutional Lien existing against
<br />liuch land and lots.
<br />Article 412 P. C. Duties prescribed are mandatory of Tax Collector,.
<br />Court and District Officers, subject to fine not less than $100.00 and
<br />not more than $1,000.00 and subject to removal from office.
