<br />Article 7343 provides that Independent School Districts may
<br />collect delinquent taxes under the provisions governing the collec-
<br />tions of delinquent State and County taxes.
<br />
<br />Article 7324 R, S, of 1925 provides that unless the owner or
<br />owners of such lands or lots described herein shall pay to the Tax
<br />Collector the amount of Taxes\ Interest, Penalty and Costs as set
<br />forth in this notice within 30 aays from date of said notice, then
<br />Rnd in that event, the Attome,y will institute suits for the collection
<br />of such moneys and for the foreclosure of the Constitutional Lien
<br />existing against such land and lots,
<br />
