Eight (48) in Block numbered Twenty-Four (24) of Bay Front Addition to the said Town of LaPorte, in Harris County, Texas, releasing and quit-olaiming any interest that the City of La Porte may have in and to said lots purchased by it at Sheriff's sale on the 4th ' day of December, '1923, to be executed in the name of the City ot La Porte by George H.
