Weems, et aI, which has been recorded <br />under Harris County Clerk's file No. K8618"6, and the City's OWner Title policy <br />in the amount of the purchase price, $12,"""."", subject only to the matters <br />shown thereon. <br /> <br />The original ,Deed and Title policy should be put in the City's pennanentReal <br />Estate Records. <br /> <br />The following additional steps should be taken by the City: <br /> <br />i) The City was credited,with tax proration to the date of the Deed; <br />May 21, 1986, at closing.
