<br />hereinafter called Grantee (whether one or more), receipt of which

<br />is hereby acknowledged and confessed, have GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED,

<br />and by these presents do GRANT, SELL and CONVEY unto the said Grantee,

<br />the following described property, to-wit:

<br />An undivided one-third (1/3) interest in and to
<br />Lots Seventeen (17) through Thirty-Two (32),
<br />both inclusive, Block 1220, Town of La Porte,
<br />Harris County, Texas, according to the map
<br />thereof recorded in Volume 60, Page 112 of
<br />the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas,
<br />reference to which is here made for all purposes.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with
<br />
<br />all and singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto in any wise
<br />
<br />belonging unto the said Grantee, his heirs and assigns forever. And

<br />Grantor does hereby bind himself, his heirs, executors and adminis-

<br />trators, to warrant and forever defend, all and singular the said
<br />
<br />premises unto the said Grantee, his heirs and assigns, against every
<br />
<br />person whomsoever claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof.

<br />Taxes for the current year have been prorated and are assumed by

<br />Grantee. This conveyance is made subject to all and singular the
<br />
<br />restrictions, conditions, oil, gas, and other mineral reservations,
<br />
<br />easements, and covenants, if any, applicable to and enforceable
<br />
<br />against the above described property as reflected by the records of
<br />the county clerk of the aforesaid county.
