<br />that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying in the County of

<br />Harris and State of Texas, described as follows, to-wit:

<br />Those certain lots, tracts, and parcels of land in the
<br />Town of La Porte in Harris County, Texas, more parti-
<br />cularly described on Exhibit nAn attached hereto, in~
<br />corporated by reference herein and made a part hereof
<br />for all, purposes.

<br />Grantors reserve unto itself, its heirs, executors, administra-
<br />
<br />tors, assigns and suqcessors in trust, all of ~he oil, gas and other
<br />
<br />minerals to be produced and saved from the above described land,
<br />
<br />wi thout right to use the surface for exploration or production of
<br />
<br />said minerals.
