<br />Lots 17 through 30, both inclusive, all in Block
<br />1264, Town of La Porte, Harris County, Texas, accord-
<br />ing to the map or plat thereof recorded in the office
<br />of the County Clerk of Harris County, Texas, reference
<br />to which is here made for all purposes.
