<br />and State of Texas, described as follows, to-wit:

<br />Lots 6 - 8, both inclusive, in Block 1266, Town of J
<br />La Porte in Harris County, Texas, according to
<br />map thereof recorded in Volume 60, Page 112, of
<br />the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, together with all and

<br />singular the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any

<br />manner belonging unto the said CITY OF LA PORTE~ a municipal corpora-
