<br />.. . <br /> <br />revert to the part, ot the tlrst part upon demand made ln wrltlng b7 <br />the War Assets Admlnistratlon or lts suooessor Government ageno7 at least <br />slxty (60) days prlor to the date fixed tor the revesting ot such title, <br />right of possession and other rlghts transferred, or any pontion <br />thereof; Provided, that, as to installations or struotures whioh have <br />been added to the premises without rederal aid, the Government shall <br />have the option to acquire t1tle to or _Be of the same at the then <br />fa1r market value of the rights ~here1n to be acqu1red by the <br />Government. <br />(2) That if the oonstructlon as covenants of any of the <br />foregoing reservatlbns and restrlctions recited hereln as covenants <br />or the applioation ot the same as covenants in any particular in- <br />stance is held invalld, the particular reservations or restrictions <br />in question shall be construed instead merely as conditions upon the <br />breach of which the Government mar exeroise its option to cause the <br />title, rlght of possession and all other rlghts transferred to the <br />party of the second part, or anr portion thereof, to pevert to it, <br />and the application of suoh reservations or restrlctiDnsas covenants <br />ln any other instance and the oonstructlon of the remainder ot such <br />reservatlons and restrictions as covenants shall not be affected <br />therebr. <br /> <br />To have and to hold the foregolng described premises, <br />together with all and singular the rights, privileges and appurtenances <br />thereto in any wise belonging except the rights excepted and <br />reserved above, and under and subject to the aforesaid reservations, <br />restrlotions and conditions, unto the sald party of the second part, <br />its successors and assigns, forever. <br />In witness whereof, the party of the first part has caused <br />these presents to be executed the 4 day of June, 1947. <br />United States of America, Acting by and through <br />War Assets Administrator. <br />By C.
