<br />Convey unto the said CITY OF LA PORTE, of the County of Harris,lv~-

<br />State of Texas, all that certain tract or parcel of land in
<br />the Richard Pearsall One-Third League, Harris County, Texas,
<br />according to plat recorded in Volume 77, page 369, Deed Records,
<br />and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together
<br />with all and singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto in
<br />anywise belonging unto the said CITY OF LA PORTE, its successors
<br />and assigns forever; and I do hereby bind myself, my heirs
<br />and assigns, to Warrant and Forever Defend, all and singular,
<br />the said premises unto the said CITY OF LA PORTE, its successors
<br />and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming,
