Weems, Et. AI., which has been' recorded <br />under Harris County Clerk's file No. K831725, and the City's owner Title policy <br />in the amount of 'the purchase price, $l,""".~", subject only to the matters shown <br />thereon. ' . <br /> <br />The original Deed and Title policy should be put in the City's permanent Real <br />Estate Records. <br /> <br />The following additional steps should be taken by the City: <br /> <br />1) The City was credited with tax proration to the date of the Deed, <br />October 31, 1986, at closing.
