Weans, Et. AI., which has been recorded <br />under Harri$ County Clerk's file No. K598294, and the City's OWner Title policy <br />in the amount of the purchase price, $3,587.00, subject. only to the, matters shown <br />thereon. ' , <br /> <br />The original Deed and Title pO,licy should be put in the City's pennanent Real <br />Estate Records. <br /> <br />The following additional steps should be taken by the City: <br /> <br />1) The City was credited with tax p;roration to the date of the Deed, <br />June 11, '1986, at closing.
