<br />valuable considerations to me in hand paid by the CITY OF LA PORTE, a

<br />municipal corporation of Harris County, Texas, hereinafter called

<br />Grantee, whose mailing address is Post Office Box 1115, La Porte, Texas

<br />77571, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, have
<br />
<br />GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED, and by these presents do GRANT, SELL and
<br />
<br />CONVEY unto the said Grantee, the following described property, to-wit:

<br />All of Lots 10 to 12, inclusive, and 25 and 26,
<br />in Block 1223, in Town of La Porte in Harris
<br />County, Texas, according to the map thereof
<br />recorded in Volume 60, Page 112, of the Deed
<br />Records of Harris county~ Texas.

<br />Grantor reserves unto itself, its heirs, executors, administrators,
<br />
<br />assigns and successors in trust, all of the oil, gas and other minerals
<br />
<br />to be produced and saved from the above described land, without right
<br />
<br />to use the surface for exploration or production of said minerals.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with
<br />
<br />all and sin~ular, the rights and appurtenances thereto in any wise
<br />

<br />belonging unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns forever.

<br />to warrant and forever defend, all and singular the said premises unto
