<br />CONVEY unto the said Grantee, the following described property, to-wit:

<br />Lots 5, 6, 7, and 8, in Block 1223, in Town of La
<br />Porte, a subdivision in Harris County, Texas accord-
<br />ing to the map thereof recorded in Volume 60, Page
<br />112 of the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas, re-
<br />ference to which is here made for all purposes.

<br />Grantor reserves unto itself, its heirs, executors, administrators,

<br />assigns and successors in trust, all of the oil, gas and other minerals

<br />to be produced and saved from the above described land, without right

<br />to use the surface for exploration or production of said minerals.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with

<br />all and singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto in any wise

<br />belonging unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns forever.

<br />And Grantor, does hereby bind itself, its heirs, executors, admini-

<br />strators, and successors in Trust, to warrant and forever defend, all

<br />and singular the said premises unto the said Grantee , its successors

<br />and assigns, against every person whomsoever claiming or to claim the
