Cook, Et Al, which has been recorded under Harris <br />County Clerk's file No. K784738 and the City's OWner Title policy in the amount <br />of the purchase price, $5,999.99, subject only to the matters shown thereon. <br /> <br />The original Deed and Title policy should be put in the City's pennanent Real <br />Estate Records. <br /> <br />The following additional steps should be taken by the City: <br /> <br />1) The City was credited with tax proration to the date of the Deed, <br />October 9, 1986, at closing.
