<br />all in Block 1262, in Town of La Porte~ in Harris
<br />County, Texas, according to the map thereof record-
<br />ed in Volume 60, Page 115 of the Deed Records of
<br />Harris County, Texas.

<br />Grantors reserve unto itself, its heirs, executors, administra-

<br />tors, assigns and successors in trust, all of the oil, gas and other
