<br />CONVEYED, and by these presents do GRANT, SELL and CONVEY unto the

<br />said Grantee, the following described property, to-wit:

<br />All of Lots 1 through 16, and Lot 27 through 32,
<br />all in Block l262~ in Town of La Porte~ in Harris
<br />County, Texas~ according to the map thereof record-
<br />ed in Volume 60, Page 115 of the Deed Records of
<br />Harris County, Texas.

<br />Grantors reserve unto itself, its heirs, executors, administra-

<br />tors, assigns and successors in trust, all of the oil, gas and other
<br />
<br />minerals to be produced and saved from the above described land,

<br />without right to use the surface for exploration or production of

<br />said minerals.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with
<br />
<br />all and singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto in any wise
<br />belonging unto the said Grantee, their heirs and assigns forever.

<br />And Grantors, do hereby bind themselves, their heirs, executors and

<br />administrators, to warrant and forever defend, all and singular the

<br />said premises unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns,

<br />against every person whomsoever claiming or to claim the same ,or any

<br />part thereof, by, through, or under them, but not otherwise. Taxes

<br />for the current year have been prorated and are assumed by Grantee.
