<br />Trust for Elizabeth V. Weems, Ben F. Weems and F. Carrington Weems,

<br />Lots Eight through Twelve (8-12), in Block One Thousand
<br />Four Hundred Thirty-Seven (1437), of LA PORTE, a sub-
<br />division in Harris County, Texas according to the map~
<br />or plat thereof recorded in Volume 72, Page 4 of the ~
<br />Deed Records of Harris County, Texas.

<br />Grantors reserve unto itself, its heirs, ex~cutors,

<br />administrators, assigns and successors in trust, all of the oil, gas

<br />and other minerals to be produced and saved from the above described

<br />land, without right to use the surface for exploration or production

<br />of said minerals.
