e e Maxim TNRCC Registered Leaking PST/UST Listings (MSD-O.S mile) The TNRCC maintains a registration list of leaking petroleum' storage. tanks (LPSTs). Petroleum storage tanks (PSTs) are regulated under 31 Texas Administrative Code (T AC) 334 and are required to be registered with the TNRCC. The LPST list consists of leakiOg petroleum storage tank syste~s which have reported releases greater than 25 gallons. Four State Registered Leaking PST/UST facilities were identified within the 'search radius. Identified facilities with potentiaJ. recognized environmental conditions are listed. below. According to the .database search, this LPST site has minor soil contamination but does not require" Remedial Action Plan (RAP)., Based on the current status, distance from the site, and topographic gradient of this, facility, it is unlikely that this facility presents an environmental concern to the site at this time. Two other LPST sites (Former Convenience Store, and La Porte Fire Station) are located approximately 1300 feet north and south of the site respectively. Both of these sites have minor soil contamination, however, do not require RAP. According to the database search, final concurrence has been issued and the cases are closed. Based on the current ,status, distance from the site, an~ topographic gradient of these facilities, it is unlikely that these facilities present an environmental concern to the site at this time. ' The furthest facility,- Texas Parks and Wildlife is located apPI:oximately 2600 feet north of the site. According to the database search, Phase 3 remediation is in progress' at this facility. Based on the distance from the site and topographic gradient ~f this facility, it is unlikely that this facility presents an environmental concern to the site at ,this time.
