Special Warranty Deed from the La Porte Independent School <br />District to the City of La Porte, conveying 0.4197 acres, or <br />18,284 square feet, tract of land, for widening of Bay Area <br />Boulevard/Sens Road. This Deed was recorded on October 17, <br />2002, in the Harris County Clerk's office under Harris County <br />Clerk's file No. W157801i and <br /> <br />2. Sanitary Sewer Easement from the La Porte Independent School <br />District to the City of La Porte, conveying 0.2053 acres, or <br />8,945 square feet, tract of land, for widening of Bay Area <br />Boulevard/Sens Road.
