<br />County Clerk's Rle (HCCF) No. B634663 of the 'Official Public Records of Real Property of
<br />Harris County, Texas (OPRRPHCD. Said 1.240 acre tract being more particularly described by
<br />metes and bounds as follqws:

<br />(Bearings herein are based upon the Plat of Fairmor:lt Park West, Section One, as recorded in
<br />Volume 100 Page 25, of the Harris County Map Records (HCMR)

<br />BEGINNING at a 5/8-inch iron rod, with "Baseline Corp" cap, set for the northwesterly corner
<br />of the tract herein described, same being the common northeast corner of said called 22,450
<br />square feet tract of land beingfurther described in deed executed September 22, 1969 from
<br />Fairmont Foods Company to Morton A. Cohn as recorded under HCCF No. C992328 of said
<br />OPRRPHCT, said iron rod also being on the southerly right-of-way line of Spencer Highway (100

<br />building, a distance of 293.51 feet to a5/8-inch iron rod, with "Baseline Corp" cap, found for
