This Deed was recorded on April 3, 2003, <br />under Harris County Clerk's File No. W553149. Please place this <br />Deed in the City's permanent real estate files. <br /> <br />I also enclose herewith original Sanitary Sewer and Waterline <br />Easement from Lawrence B.
