PARKING EASEMENT: Grantor agrees to allow Grantee and its patrons, during normal business hours, use of the parking area at the adjacent City of La Porte Evelyn Kennedy Center, for Grantee's overflow parking, which use shall be in common with the Evelyn Kennedy Center.
