<br />FMC Corporation to the City of La Porte, Texas as recorded under Harris County Clerks
<br />File (HCCF) No. M253982 of the Official Public Records of Real Property, Harris County,
<br />Texas (OPRRPHCT), said 81.00 acre tract being more particularly described as follows
