<br />to 60 of the Town of La Porte, a subdivision according to
<br />the map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 67, page 196

<br />particularly described by metes and bounds on Exhibit 'A"
<br />attached hereto, incorporated by reference herein, and
<br />made a part hereof for all purposes, and as shown on a

<br />Porte, Texas, and along the West side of said building,
<br />and continuing to the Gateway Tower owned by Grantor.
<br />3. That certain Restriction Agreement dated August 7,
<br />2012, by and between the City of La Porte, a municipal
<br />corporation, and Marty Campise and Joe Bertuglia, and
<br />assigned to Campise 4 Bertuglia Investments, LLC, as
<br />recorded under Harris County Clerk's File No. 0( 0 1 i_.
