<br />TER PROPERTY ARE ACCEpTABLS TO GRANTEE. GRANTEE ACKNOWLEDGES TAAT
<br />GRANTOR MAY HAVE ACQUIRED TITLE TO THE PROPERTY BY FORECLOSURE,
<br />DBED IN LINV THEREOF OR OTHER REALIZATION OF ITS LIEN OR SECURITY

<br />This conveyance is made subject to all and singular the
<br />restrictions, conditions, oil, gas, and other mineral reservations,
<br />easements, and covenants, if any, applicable to and enforceable
<br />against the above described property as reflected by the records of
<br />the County clerk of the aforesaid county.
<br />SUBJECT TO;
<br />1. The terms, conditions, sti ulations and provisions for access
<br />and easement rights by adjoining landowners to north, as set
<br />forth and defined in that certain City of La Porte Letter
<br />Agreement, dated September 1, 2977, and filed under Harris
<br />County Clerk's File No. F284677.

<br />of subject property, as reflected and disclosed on survey

<br />Grantor for the consideration and subject to the reservations from
<br />and exceptions to conveyance and warranty, grants, sells, and
<br />conveys to Grantee the property, together with all and singular the
<br />rights and appurtenances thereto in aAy wise belonging, to have and
