EXHIBIT "A" to DEED Being a 1,500 square foot tract of land out of Lot 27, Block 80,Town of La Porte,more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at the southeast corner of Lot 27, Block 80, Town of La Porte, said point also being located on the westernmost line of the North 4th Street Right-of-Way(60' wide); THENCE in a westerly direction along the south line of Lot 27, Block 80, Town of La Porte, a distance of 125 feet to a point marking the southwest corner of Lot 27, Block 80, Town of La Porte, said point also being located on the east line of the 16 foot wide alley in Block 80,Town of La Porte; THENCE in a northerly direction along the west line of Lot 27 and the east line of the alley in Block 80,Town of La Porte, a distance of 12 feet to a point for corner; THENCE in an easterly direction along a line 12 feet north of and parallel to the south line of Lot 27, Block 80,Town of La Porte, a distance of 125 feet to its intersection with the west line of the North 4th Street Right-of-Way; THENCE in a southerly direction along the west line of the North 4th Street Right-of-Way, same being the east line of Lot 27, Block 80, Town of La Porte to POINT of BEGINNING of the herein- described 1,500 square foot tract of land.
