<br />WHEREAS; the City of La Porte, a municipal corporation in Harris County, Texas, had certain valuable work or
<br />improvements to wit: the cutting of weeds or brush, the filling of pools, the removal of trash, or other objectionable
<br />or unsanitary matter, or the demolition of structures, to be done with respect to the hereinafter described real
<br />property. Filed Notice of Lien against such property for the reasonable value of such work done or improvements
<br />made:

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City of La Porte, a municipal corporation in Harris County, Texas, in consideration of the
<br />payment to it, the owner and holder of the hereinabove mentioned lien, of the full amount thereof, does hereby
<br />RELEASE the hereinafter described real property from such lien, to-wit:
