IT IS ORDERED, that CITY OF LA PORTE have and recover from the Defendants $2,513.46 <br />' axv <br />with interest at the rate of ten (10) percent per annum for MOWING/DEMOLITION lien(s), which shall <br />be satisfied from the excess proceeds of the sale, if any. <br />IT IS ORDERED that the Plaintiff Taxing Unit(s), do have and recover from the Defendant(s), all <br />cost for suit, then have been, and will be incurred in the prosecution of this cause. All costs of court shall <br />be paid by the Defendant(s), for which let execution issue. <br />IT IS ORDERED that CE RIS STACY, Tax Master, be awarded $45.00 as a Tax Master Fee and <br />that such amount be taxed as costs in this case. <br />IT IS ORDERED that the following taxing units, having been joined herein but braving failed to <br />plead and prove their claims for delinquent taxes on the above described real property, shall have their tax <br />liens on such property extinguished for all delinquent taxes due, as of the date of this judgment, pursuant <br />to the provisions of the Texas Property Tax Code, to wit: <br />NONE <br />IT YS ORDERED that a tax lien against each of the above -described tracts of land secures the <br />payment of all taxes, penalties, interest, abstmctor's fees, attorney fees, and costs of court, attributable to <br />each of said tracts. Such tax lien(s) are prior and superior to al] claims, right, title, interest, or liens) <br />asserted by any Defendant(s) herein. Plaintiff Taxing Unit(s) shall have foreclosure of said tax lien(s) on <br />each of said tracts of land against the Defendant(s) or and person(s) claiming under said Defendants) by <br />any right, title or interest acquired during the pendency of this suit. Further, said property is ORDERED <br />SOLD in satisfaction of the amount of the judgment. The clerk of this court is directed to issue an order <br />of sale, upon the request of any Plaintiff Taxing Unit that is party to this suit, conunanding that any Sheriff <br />or any Constable of the State of Texas seize, levy upon, advertise for sale, and sell said tracts of land to <br />CAUSE NO.2005-02538 <br />Page 4 of 9 <br />
