<br />THAT, we, Eddie V. Gray, Trustee, and G. Decker McKim,
<br />Trustee, hereinafter called Grantor, both of Harris County, Texas,
<br />for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS
<br />($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to Grantor in~
<br />hand paid by the City of" LaPorte, a Texas Municipal Corporation,
<br />hereinafter called Grantee, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
<br />hereby acknowledged and confessed, have GRANTED, SO~Q_AND CONVEYED,
<br />and by these presents, subject to the reservations and exceptions
<br />hereinafter contained, do GRANT, SELL AND CONVEY, unto the said
<br />Grantee, of Harris County, Texas, all the following described
<br />property lying and being situated in the County of Harris State of
<br />Texas, to-wit:

<br />That one certain tract of 1105.6 square feet of land,
<br />more or less, out of the W. M. Jones Survey, Harris
<br />County, Texas, described in metes and bounds in Exhibit
<br />"A" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all
<br />purposes; and being all of the property conveyed by
<br />Tanglewood Corporation as Grantor to Eddie V. Gray,
<br />Trustee and G. Decker McKim, Trustee as Grantee by Deed
<br />dated August 12, 1975 and recorded under County Clerk's
<br />file No. E531989 in the Real Property Records of Harris
<br />County, Texas.

<br />This conveyance is made and accepted subject to all
<br />restrictions, reservations, covenants, conditions, rights of way,
<br />and easements of record, enforceable and binding on Grantor on this
<br />date if any, affecting the above described property.
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together with
<br />all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise
<br />belonging unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns,
<br />forever, and Grantor' does hereby bind themselves, their heirs,
<br />executors and administrators to WARRANT and FOREVER DEFEND, all and
<br />singular, the title to said premises unto the said Grantee, its
<br />successors and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully
<br />claiming or to claim the same, or any part thereof.
<br />
<br />When this deed is executed by more than one person, or when
<br />the Grantee is more than one person, the instrument shall read as
<br />though pertinent verbs and pronouns were changed to correspond, and
<br />when executed by or to a corporation the words "heirs, executors,
<br />and administrators" or "heirs and assigns" shall be construed to
<br />mean "successors and assigns".
