<br />That one certain tract of 11.05.6 square feet of land, more or
<br />less, out of the W. M. Jones Survey, Harris County, Texas,
<br />described as follows, to wit:

<br />Commencinq at the point of intersection of' the Southeasterly
<br />riqht-of-way line of Hillridqe Road, 60 feet wide, accordinq to
<br />Plat of Fairmont Park, Section 1, as recorded in Vol. 52, paqe 21,
<br />of the Map Records of Harris County, Texas, with the Northeast
<br />riqht-of-way line of Biq Island Slouqh, 150 feet wide;

<br />THENCE Northeasterly, with the Southeasterly riqht-of-way line
<br />of Hillridqe Road, alonq a curve to the left whose radius is
<br />1301.64 feet and central anqle is 5003112" and whose lonq chord
<br />bears North 59032103" East, a distance, measured alonq the arc, of
<br />114.80 feet to a point for the Place of Beqinninq and the Northwest
<br />corner of the tract herein described and conveyed;

<br />THENCE continuinq Northeasterly with the said Southeasterly
<br />riqht-of-way line of Hillridqe Road, alonq a curve to the left
<br />whose radius is 1301.64 feet and whose lonq chord bears North
<br />56002150" East, a distance measured alonq the arc, of 43.63 feet to
<br />a point for the Northeast corner of the tract herein conveyed, said
<br />point beinq the most North~rly Northwest corner of that certain
<br />1.108 acre tract of land conveyed to the City of LaPorte, Texas, by
<br />deed dated January 1, 1972, recorded in the Official Public Records
<br />of Real Property in the Office of the County Clerk of Harris
<br />County, Texas, under Film Code No. 144-33-0323.

<br />THENCE South 34 054 147" East with the most Northerly Southwest
<br />line of said 1.108 acre tract a distance of 25 feet to a point for
<br />the Southeast corner of the tract herein conveyed and also beinq a
<br />re-entrant corner of said 1.108 acre tract.

<br />THENCE South 56003128" West with a Northwest line of said
<br />1.108 acre tract a distance of 44.82 feet to a point for Southwest
<br />corner of the tract herein conveyed, same beinq the most Westerly
<br />Northwest corner of said 1.108 acre tract;

<br />THENCE North 32010140" West a distance of 25 feet to the
<br />Southeasterly riqht-of-way line of Hillridqe Road, said point beinq
<br />the Northwest corner of the tract herein conveyed, to Place of
<br />Beqinninq, and containinq 1105.6 square feet of land, more or less,
<br />toqether with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto,
<br />in their present condition.
