At a meeting of the Board of Directors of Brookglen Community Improvement Association, Inc. held on ~'c') \ Cl".V\ , 1994, the following resolution was adopted: WHEREAS, we, the Board of Directors of Brookglen Community Improvement Association, Inc., believe that it would be beneficial to deed certain common property owned by the Association to the Ci ty of La Porte to be used for public park purposes as a recreation center to be known as the Brookglen Recreation Center, and WHEREAS, the City of La Porte has agreed to accept the deed and to build such a recreation center, and WHEREAS, the City of LaPorte has prepared a Warranty Deed which is attached to this Resolution and incorporated by reference as if set out in full, THEREFORE, we resolve to authorize the President of the Board of Directors to sign the deed on behalf of the Association and authorize the Secretary to attest to his signature. ~~ / ~~~ SECRETARY ANY PROVISION HEREIN WHICH RESTRICTS THE SAlt RENTAl.
