'JImprovements Fund <br />North D Street Improv~ents <br /> <br />John Joerns, Assis <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />The FY 95-96 General Capital Improvement Fund includes a project named "North <br />D Road Improvement". Currently, the Battleground Vista Subdivision is accessed. <br />from North D Street and is composed of dead-end streets. This project promotes <br />improved circulation on one street by acquiring two lots for the right-of-way purposes <br />and construction additional roadway to link Flintlock and North D. This improvement <br />is contingent upon acquisition of two (2) lots, Lots 14 & 15, Block 1 of the <br />Battleground Vista Subdivision. <br /> <br />The City would like to acquire the lots as soon as possible. We would like you to <br />secure the title information needed. Once the title information is received we can <br />discuss the need for an appraisal or other professional services. Enclosed is the <br />HCAD tax roll information on the subject property, a copy of the subdivision plat and <br />conceptual sketch of improvements. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me. <br /> <br />thank you. <br /> <br />xc: Robert T.
