<br />easement being adjacent and contigouB to the East

<br />(165) or the Town of La Porte in Harris County,
<br />Texas, according to a ~ap thereof recorded in Volume
<br />58, Page 461 of the Deed Records of Harris County,
<br />Texas.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described easement, together with
<br />all rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging unto the

<br />ever discontinued, the title thereto shall revert to the then
<br />owners of said property.
