<br />and all necessary laterals thereto, and far:making connections there-

<br />with, together with the usual rightoof ingress and egress, and the
<br />
<br />usual obligation' to restore the condition of the surface of the land,

<br />the said easement being more particularly described as follows, to-

<br />wit:

<br />As said water line and latera thereto is presently lo-
<br />cated within the South eight (8) feet of Lot No. Twenty-
<br />Two (22), in Block No. Sixty (60), of the Town of ~a
<br />Porte, in Harris County, Texas, according to the map or
<br />plat thereof recorded in the office of the County Clerk
<br />of said County, to which reference is here made for all
<br />,purposes.

<br />TO HAVE ~ND TO HOLD the above described easement, toget-

<br />her with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in

<br />anywise belon~ing, unto the City of La Porte, its successors, as-

<br />. lege to enter said premises, or any part thereof, for the purpose

<br />of maintaining, operating, repairing and removing said water line

<br />and all necessary laterals thereto, and for making connections

<br />therewith; provided, however, this easement shall terminate upon

<br />abandonment of said easement by the City of La Porte.
