<br />The easement granted herein is an easement ten (10) feet wide at and below normal ground level
<br />and extending upward to a plane twenty (20) feet above the ground, and from said plane and upward
<br />the easement is twenty (20) feet wide with the same centerline as at ground level, to(ether with (1) the
<br />right to use and to keep all of said easement area free and dear of any and all obstructions except prop-
<br />erty line fences, and (2) the rights of ingress and egress to and from said right-of-way for the purpose
<br />of t'onstructing, operating, inspecting, repairing, maintaining, replacing, and removing said wires, poles
<br />and equipment; and Grantor, his successors, assigns, agents or licensees, shaH not have the right to
<br />cause or pennit any obstruction except property line fences to be placed or constructed or to grow
<br />within said easement area without the express writ ten consent of Grantee.

<br />It is expressly provided, however, that no power line pole may exceed a
<br />height of forty (40) feet above ground level and poles erected within
<br />the clear zone area will be marked and lighted by Grantee. The said
<br />clear zone area is established by, and describedin City of La Porte
<br />Resolution No. 67-61, a certified copy of which is recorded in Volume
<br />6736, Page 511, et seq, of the Harris county, Texas, Deed Records,
<br />reference to which is here made for all purposes.

<br />It is further expressly understood and agreed that the Grantee.will
<br />lower or remove the line and poles in the event they are found to be
<br />obstructions at some future time to aircraft operations on the City of
<br />La Porte Municipal Airport, as determined by Part 77 of the Federal
<br />Aviation Regulations.

<br />being part of the same property described in deed dated June 4, 1947 from the
<br />Uni ted states of America to the City of LaPorte rec~rded in Volume 1.614, Page 190
<br />of the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas.

<br />The easement herein granted is an unobstructed ea.sement ten (10) feet wide the
<br />location of the center line of which is shown by a dot-dash symbol on Sketch No
<br />AJ-19992-R, prepared by Houston Lighting & Power Company, hereto a.ttached and
<br />IIl8.de a part hereof the easement being fully desqribed in the last pa.re.gra.ph be-
<br />low, with necessa.ry dawn guys also shawn on said'attached sketch.
