<br />That HAPPY HARBOR METHODIST HOME, INC., a non-profit

<br />Texas corporation, of Harris County, Texas, for and in considera~

<br />tion of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash to it in hand paid by
<br />the CITY OF LA PORTE, a municipal corporation, receipt of which ;,.Cf
<br />is acknowle~ged, and the further consideration of the benefits

<br />to be derived by it on account of the construction, reconstruction

<br />and maintenance by the CITY OF LA PORTE, of the said storm sewer
<br />
<br />in and through its certain premises hereinafter described, does

<br />hereby give and grant to the said CITY OF LA PORTE, a municipal
<br />
<br />corporation, of Harris County, Texas, the right to construct,
<br />
<br />reconstruct and perpetually maintain a storm sewer line, together
<br />
<br />with a11 necessary laterals in, upon and across the following
<br />
<br />described property, to-wit:

<br />BEGINNING at a 5/8" iron rod found for the Northwest
<br />corner of Lot Three (3), Bay Shore Block, Bay Shore
<br />Park Subdivision, Harris County, Texas, according to

<br />Map Records of Harris County, Texas;
