Rush, Sr., and O'Meara Properties, Inc., of Harris County, Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash to it in hand paid by the CITY OF LAPORTE, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby GIVE and GRANT to the said CITY OF LAPORTE, a municipal \~ corporation of Harris County, Texas, the right of ingress and egress for the purpose of maintaining that certain property conveyed to the CITY OF LAPORTE by Deed dated March~, 1972, and recorded under Harris County Clerkls File No. Dsno~ f ' with the said easement of ingress and egress to be over, on and across the following de- scribed property: Being a 20 foot wide right-of-way for ingress and egress to the lift station site, 10 feet on either side of a centerline as hereinafter described, over and across that certain 10.000 acre tract of land out of the Frank Bonner Howard Tracts No.1, 2 and 3, as recorded in Volume 3319, Page 7, of the Harris County Deed Records, out of Lot 23, W. B. Lowrance , Subdivision as recorded in Volume 83, Pages 596 and 597 of the Harris County Deed Records, and over and across that certain 0.606 acre tract of land being that portion of the East 40 feet of Park Avenue, W. B. Lowrance Subdivision, as recorded, and as vacated and abandoned by the City of LaPorte, Texas, by Ordinance No. 892, dated September 27, 1971, all out of the Johnson Hunter League, A-35, Harris County, Texas, said centerline being more particu- larly described as follows: fY COMMENCING a1:-a~/4"" iron rod fOUIid at the North- west corner of that portion of the East 40 feet of Park Avenue as vacated and abandoned by the City of LaPorte; THENCE, South, along the West line of that said East 40 feet of Park Avenue, a distance of 411.69 feet to the Point of Beginning of Said Centerline; THENCE, East along said centerline of said ingress and egress right-of-way, a distance of 342.41 feet to a point for corner; THENCE, N 110 40' W, along said centerline of said right-of-way, a distance of 201.51 feet to a point :eor corner;
