B. Lowrance Sub- <br />division, Johnson Hunter Leiigue, A-35, Harris County, <br />Texas, as recorded in Volume 83 at Pages 596 and 597 <br />of said Harris County deed records, and said 0.014 <br />acre tract being more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />D <br /> <br />COMMENCING at a 3/4" iron rod found at the <br />Northwest corner of said Tract No.3, said <br />point being also the Southwest corner of that <br />certain 9.4925 acre tract of land conveyed <br />to Watson's Bay, Inc., by W.
